Netway Communications was a one-stop professional Telecommunications and IT consultancy service ensuring large organisations get the most out of their voice and data networks.
This project involved the roll-out and implementation of My way ahead - Netway's values in practice. A values based performance and development process which defined performance in terms of Responsiveness, Reliability, Understanding the Business, Leadership, and Innovation.
